What you need:
- Your pad sheets (choose one of our free “To-Do List” templates or design your own)
- Elmers School Glue (or equivalent)
- (2) pieces of scrap paper
- Cardboard backer ( recycle a box 😊 )
- Binder clips or a couple heavy books
- Paper trimmer or sharp craft knife
- A couple paper towels or baby wipes for cleanup
What you do:
- Trim your pages down to the size you want (our templates trim down to 8.5 x 5.5 inches)
- Trim your cardboard and scrap pages to match your page size
- Stack your pack from bottom up
- Scrap paper
- Cardboard backer
- Pages (face up)
- Scrap paper
- Tap the top of everything on hard surface to make sure everything is lined up
- Clip the top from the sides so the top of the pages are compressed tight together, but the top edge is exposed for glue. If you are using books, hang just a very little over edge of table (just enough to not hit the books with glue) and pile books on top to weight it down enough that it is compressed.
- Apply a THIN coat of glue to the top edge of our papers, spread it across with your finger so the entire top edge is coated, let it go over the scrap paper slightly so it seals. Let it dry for a few minutes.
- Repeat for 4 or 5 coats, you want it thick enough it seems a little rubbery.
- Set aside to dry at least 12 hours before you take the clips off, you want to make sure it is completely dry and sets.
